Wealth Wise Estates ("Wealth Wise", "we", "us") operates wealthwise-estates.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site and how we handle it. It follows the principles of Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 ("PDPL") and its Executive Regulations issued under Ministerial Decree No. 816 of 2025, together with other reasonable international standards where they apply.

What we collect

Information you provide to us

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, you may share your name, phone number, email address, budget, preferred area, and anything else you choose to tell us about the property you are looking for. We only ever hold what you decide to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record standard technical details: your IP address (usually anonymised), device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and rough geolocation derived from IP. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Clarity may record scroll and click behavior and generate anonymised session replays and heatmaps. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and advise you on estates that fit what you are looking for.
• To share the details of your inquiry with the developer whose project it concerns, so they can prepare information for you. Where a reservation or contract is prepared, we obtain your explicit consent first.
• To improve the Site's content and layout based on aggregated analytics.
• To measure the performance of our advertising and refine what we show.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties who handle your data

• Microsoft Clarity — website analytics, session replays, heatmaps.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) — the channel you use to speak with us.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, and security.
• Google LLC (Google Ads and, where enabled, Google Analytics) — advertising performance measurement, remarketing, and site analytics.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We choose providers who commit to reasonable data-protection standards.

Google Ads and remarketing

We advertise on Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on websites across the Internet. Google and other vendors use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on prior visits to this Site. Data — such as cookies, device identifiers, and behavioral signals — may be shared with Google for the purpose of measuring ad performance and serving remarketing ads.

We do not share directly-identifying personal information (such as your name or email) with Google for advertising purposes.

How long we keep your information

• Inquiries and correspondence: kept while our conversation is active and for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last message, then deleted or anonymised.
• Analytics data: retained according to the third-party provider's default (Microsoft Clarity: up to thirteen months by default).
• Advertising data: retained by advertising platforms according to their own policies.

Your rights

Under Egypt's PDPL and its Executive Regulations, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete your data.
• Object to how we use it or withdraw consent you have given.
• Ask us to restrict certain uses of your data.
• Where applicable, receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

You may also file a complaint with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre (PDPC), the regulator established under Article 19 of the PDPL.

Children

The Site is not intended for people under the age of eighteen (18) and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

The providers listed above may store or process data outside of Egypt. We work only with providers that use recognised safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Security and breach notification

The Site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy and modern security headers. We limit access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No online service is perfectly secure — if you become aware of a possible incident, please email info@wealthwise-estates.com.

In the event of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Centre within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of it and inform affected individuals without undue delay, in line with the PDPL's Executive Regulations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
